Resident or periodic quality oversight of long-running fabrication and manufacturing contracts.
For contracts that run for months rather than days, a single inspection visit proves very little. Quality surveillance places continuous or periodic independent oversight against an agreed inspection and test plan.
We review the ITP before mobilisation, agree which points are witness and which are hold, and attend accordingly — so that hold points are genuinely held rather than retrospectively signed. Document and dossier review runs alongside the physical inspection, because a complete manufacturing record is part of what you are buying.
Non-conformances are tracked from the day they are raised to the day they are closed, with the close-out evidence recorded rather than asserted.
